Delete your Meet Me At Work account

Two delete paths depending on whether you’re an organisation administrator or an individual staff user.

If you’re an organisation administrator

An organisation administrator can permanently delete the organisation, every site, every meeting room, and every booking owned by that organisation. This is the action most people are looking for.

Sign in to the customer portal

Go to app.meetmeat.work and sign in with your administrator email. You’ll receive a magic-link by email; tapping it signs you in.

Open the Account page

Click the Account link in the top-right of the portal.

Choose “Delete my organisation”

At the bottom of the Account page is a Danger zone section. Click Delete my organisation.

Confirm

The portal will ask you to confirm. There are two options:

If you’re an individual staff user

Staff users don’t hold their own account — they’re identified by their email address each time they make a booking. To remove your personal data:

  1. Cancel any future bookings you’ve made via the cancel-link in your confirmation email.
  2. Email support@meetmeat.work with the subject “Delete my personal data” and the email address you used to book. We’ll remove your email from every booking, attendee list, and request record within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure).

What gets deleted, and what we keep

Organisation details (name, address, currency, custom domain) Permanently deleted on the same schedule.
Meeting rooms, sites, QR codes, room availability schedules Permanently deleted on the same schedule.
Sub-admin invitations, members, sessions, push tokens, mobile app device sessions Permanently deleted on the same schedule.
Stripe customer and subscription identifiers Cancelled at deletion time and removed from our database. Stripe retains payment records under separate retention rules outside our control; see the Stripe privacy policy.
Invoices and tax records (paid customers only) Retained for 7 years to satisfy UK / EU bookkeeping obligations; not deletable on request. After 7 years they are permanently deleted.
Cloudflare access logs (IP addresses, request paths) Automatically rolled off within 30 days of capture; nothing extra to delete.

Mobile app: signing out is not deletion

Tapping Sign out in the iOS or Android app removes your device session and revokes the push-notification token, but it does not delete your account. To permanently delete your data, follow one of the two paths above.
